 UNIVERSITY RANK AND TENURE COMMITTEE STATEMENT

I have looked forward to joining the University R&T Committee ever since I served on the Arts & Sciences R&T Committee in 2006.  This is, perhaps, the most important committee on campus and I would take its work very seriously.  As you can see from my vitae, I have been at Villanova for 22 years and have maintained a balanced approach to teaching, research, and service.  It would be an honor to represent my arts and sciences colleagues to ensure that those pursuing tenure and promotion are treated fairly.  Thanks for your support.  RE
